What is this risk assessment for?

This is a generic risk assessment for the team working near body's of water. Every body of water is different and will have its own risks - but based on the dynamic nature of the teams work, it may not be possible to do a full written risk assessment for every body of water the team are required to work near as this may sometimes be at extremely short notice (emergency calls). In all situations, the team on scene will be required to do a dynamic risk assessment to ensure their and others safety.
